Construction:

  • Fibre cement with applied finish / rendered kool wall panels. Colour to Developers choice.
  • Concrete slab on ground.
  • Insulated colorbond metal roofing – Colour to Developers choice.
  • Exposed driveway (to units only).
  • Powdercoated aluminium windows and sliding doors. All windows fitted with flyscreens. Window Coverings to all clear glass windows & sliding glass doors.
  • Plaster board to walls and ceilings internally.

Doors / Joinery

  • Internally – painted hollowcore.
  • Entrance to units – panelled with security front door.
  • Garage door – Roller door with remote controlled electric operator.
  • Locks:
    - Privacy to Bathroom, Toilet,
    - Ensuite Passage set to Spare Bedrooms
    - Deadlocks to external doors.
  • Built-in wardrobes in each bedroom.
  • Shelving in linen cupboards.

Kitchen

  • Reconstituted stone finish bench tops and melamine cupboard doors.

  • 450mm high above bench top for Kitchen splash and laundry splash.

  • All light fittings (internal & external / unit).
  • Smoke alarms – hardwired.
  • Air conditioning – reverse cycle split system to living area and main bedroom.
  • 2 telephone points per unit. 2 television outlets per unit.

Carpets

  • To Living Area and Bedrooms – Refer to plans.

External Works

  • Landscaped courtyards. Timber fencing around courtyards.
  • Rainwater tank.
  • Fold up clothes line.
