Chase Properties Pty Ltd is part of the Property Applications group, a privately owned property acquisition, investment and development business that has been active for over 10 years.

There is no doubt the success of the group is due to the experience, skills and approach of each of the 3 directors.

Collectively, they bring together more than 60 years experience in the property development industry and the directors have personally overseen in excess of $20 million of their own developments from conceptual stage to completion. In addition, they have, on behalf of clients, project managed in excess of $100 million worth of developments.

The Property Applications group plans to increase its activity significantly over the next few years. We see significant opportunities in a strengthening market in residential, commercial and industrial segments. The group is ideally placed in each of these market sectors, with current projects valued at over $60 million in planning and construction phases.
